Anyone know if a 42u cabinet would fit into the Vibe :P

Post by psiu »

Or...rough dimensions of ~80x24x42 HxWxD (it's one of those computer shelving units fyi)I think it might...the depth is the stinker though I think...shipping on those things is a bear...since the mortals of this land have to use TRUCKS to deliver them, but I have the magic Vibe to warp reality with!wife has the Vibe at school right now, so I can't measure but I can plot...

You should be able to turn it on its side and should fit. I put 3 bookcases in the back of mine that are 71x30x12

Even if it doesn't - that's what the roof rack is for.

Might be a tight fit. Roof Racks FTW!

Roof racks - Yuk. Ours our too close together - front to back - to bake them useful for carrying anything sizeable. I think the 42" will kill the deal on the inside carry - but I didn't measure it.

yeah--not going on the roof.measured as best I could with the giant boxes she has in it right now--looks like no...though there are shorter racks that would fit too--the depth I picked was worst case as was height.
