tensioner bolt torque=?

i read that a few weeks after a serp belt tensioner replacement job sometimes the bolt backs out. some folks claim the bolt was overtightened. why would overtightening a bolt cause it to back out? also = is there any specific torque for that bolt ?

That's the first I've heard about this.I replaced my tensioner a few weeks ago and there was no traces of locktite on the bolt.I just checked my bolt and it's still tight,and I have more stress on my tensioner because of the s/c.Are you sure you are not talking about the crank bolt.
