Baby Moons for steelies?

Post by p8md »

I like the look of BlancoDiablo's http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=31443 and PMARTE's http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=27625 trim rings on the steelies but something just doesn't look finished (no offense). Where do I start looking for trim rings and does anyone know if baby moons exist? I had baby moons on my S10 and really liked them. I tried the S10's baby moons, but they didnt fit (way too small). I would really like to get new rims, but the wife isn't going to go for the $$$ on a car we haven't even paid the first payment.

I see how it is This is the place I got the trim rings from http://www.mooneyesusa.com/, you could always get the center caps as well. I used info that PMARTE had passed along to me concerning what part number to order for the rings. You might want to contact them and just pose the question about which opts you have that work with the trim rings to finish the wheel. Mine were for 16" steelies., but when I ordered them about a month and a half ago they only had 10 in stock. You may have to buy them elsewhere. I'm sure there are quite a few companies that carry them.
