Brake replacment

After having too much time on my hands recently, I have been playing with my Vibe, and my brakes are starting to show some wear. The front discs are simple enough, but I want to change the rear drums to discs. Any ideas where I could get something like this?

You'll need a donor car to swap parts with,for the rears.

i heard of taking the GT rear disc off a broken junk yard one and installing them...lots of work though.
