Yes I know you drive on the same side as us...Anyways, I'm cruising Google Earth at work cause I'm bored and noticed the road signage. One is a green with white maple leaf. I'm assuming that means its a Canadian National Road. Then:-blue with a point at the bottom and white numbers-Green rectangle with white numbers -blue with a white shape in the middle and black numbers-white with a point at the bottom and black numbers-white trapezoidal with black numbers (some upside down, others rightside up)Sorry I probably could look this up, just intrigued to gain some more knowledge if I ever head up that way again. Oh here's one, how far North can you drive in Canada, like is there a point where the roads just stop being paved or graveled and it's a no man's land?

lol.Cmon, I even know my State, County, City, Town road signs look like. You don't have specific sign shapes and colors for province roads, city, highway, etc.

For example, I don't know if each point in your list is a different sign? Or are each points part of one sign? I don't know the shape of the sign you're talking about - different signs have different shapes Like honestly they could be anything - the green rectangle with white letter are usually the signs above highways telling you where to go - but you have those in the States as well so they shouldn't be unfamiliar...- blue with a point at the bottom - do you mean its shaped like a crest?

Hey Whelan, did you know Canada is larger than the US .Most of those signs you described I've never seen before. Each province has different signs. And that Canadian national road you described(ahahahaha)is called the 401 around my way.Are all the road signs the same in the US?Oh,and did you know that our dollar is worth the same as yours now.

Funny post, but technically incorrect re the 401. From the transcanada website:The closest the Southern route gets to Toronto is at a point southeast of Lake Simcoe which is 88 km from Toronto's eastern boundary, via Oshawa. Interestingly, highway 7 is also an excellent alternative route with similar driving time.

No it made sense, those signs I was able to find on that site actually so Most of the ones I was referring to that you were confuzled with were Provincial signs. i.e. one of you has a crown atop their sign.Yes your dollar is the same, yes your larger, blah blah blah. I never said I didn't like Canada, just that I like to know random **** about anything so one more to add to the books!Great link btw.

(Don't even know when they changed that. I was driving to Edmonton one day and thought "huh. Don't remember that being there before...)Although I don't know if that's the sign you're talking about. Also, that site is neat, but they missed the Cowboy Trail (highway 22) which has a white, orange and black sign with a sihllouette of a cowboy on a horse.
