Hey all...So, I don't have the best camera in the world and it was quite sunny so please excuse the exposure on these. OEM Add-ons: Rear bumper Protector Engine Block Heater Basic Mods you can see: FIAMM Horns Ichiban Pedals Ventshades Door Visors G2 Gold Caliper Paint 30/50 Window Tint TSW Sting Wheels K&N Polished SR Intake Aerogear Roof Rack Caps Lund Bug Shield Black and Gold Grafxwerks Overlays Toyo Proxes 245/45 R17 tires Vibrant Polished Strut Tower Brace Custom Carpeted Cargo Mat Custom Ground Wires Custom Spoiler Custom Dual-out ExhaustBasic Mods you can't see: CompuSTAR Security Speed Source Shifter Bushings Unichip Piggyback ECU Progress Rear Sway Bar TWM Performance Short Shifter Custom Felt Lined Glovebox and storage compartmentsMods to come (maybe): 1-1.5" Drop Konig Black 18" Hot Swap wheels General UHP Exclaim 235/40 R18 Tires This first pic is a back/side view... Please, no comments about the wheel gap. When I get some extra cash flow, it will be taken care of. (hehe)(Notice the Gold Emblems, Dual Exhaust, Roof Rack Caps and Custom Spoiler.)This pic is a front/side view. It's hard to see but I purchased Gold Arrowhead overlays for the wheels but since I don't have the Pontiac center caps, I placed one of the Arrowheads under the passenger's (and driver's) handle, right under the keyhole. It looks cool.(another view of the spoiler and a distant view of the front arrow in Gold with a Black Reflective Grafxwerks overlay)A shot of my engine compartment. It was freshly cleaned though the Polished Intake is losing it's lustre(This shows the K&N Intake, Vibrant Strut Tower Brace, a bit of the Custom Ground WIres if you look closely, the wrapped AC pipes and a better look of the Gold Arrow with the Black Reflective Grafxwerks overlay)Just an angled view of the engine compartment There will be more to come shortly. The next batch of photos will show the exhaust a bit better as well as some of the interior where I painted the dash pieces Gold. The interiors shots will also show my custom carpeted mat in the rear as well as an overlay on the HVAC controls. The car's modifications are almost done. I do want to lower it by an inch or so then new wheels and tires as well. The wheels I'm looking at are the Konig Hot Swaps in an 18". I will get the Black wheels with the Chrome inserts, though I will paint the inserts Gold to match the emblems and calipers. These wheels (and the headlights) look out of place with the Gold accents so I think they need to be changed.Dave
4 years before you park in the garage?? man thas gotta be some kinda record here man that is one lovely lookin GT. i'd love to hear soundclips of the exhaust too haha, i've been lookin at exact same 18" hotswaps too. i'd like to see what the concealed lug hotswaps look like, but i can't find a pic. i guess it's true that great minds think alike

I should have added this info when I did the post...The exhaust is all 2.5" piping from the Cat back. It contains a Flowmaster Hushpower II Muffler (see below) in place of a resonator (I had 2 Magnaflow Resonators but they created too much resonance in the cabin around 3200rpm). It stays a single pipe to the final Dual-Out Flowmaster Series 80 Muffler (see below). From there it splits but stays 2.5" out to the tailpipes. I was going to gut the first/pre catalytic converter but came to the conclusion that it would be too loud in the engine bay.... and without any decent sound deadening in the car itself, that would be too much. Dave
Hey everyone, thanks for the compliments. It's really not anywhere near some of the other ones I've seen in the TEAM ABYSS Garage but I do what I can. I like the way the exhaust looks and sounds. I will try to get a sound clip sometime but who knows when for sure. The spoiler is actually the part I'm most proud of. It was a Focus Spoiler but I sectioned about an inch out of it then used body filler to mold it to the contour of the hatch piece. A good 3 days of work cutting, patching, filling, sanding, filling sanding, filling, sanding, primering and painting to get it there.Maybe I'll get some closer pics of that up soon. Thanks again!Dave
