03 Vibe Rocker or Valve Knock..

Hello everyone..just wondering whats going on with my vibe i can start the car the morning an drive off but ive noticed ,what seems to be a slight knock in my motor. not a bad gas kind of knock but more of a valve rattle..so of course i changed my oil today to see would that change it ..an it quieted it down a tad bit its still noticeable....my neighbor has the same car whith less miles but it sounds nothing like mine...do you think it because of all the miles or do i need to give my car a valve adjusment or do you think th rockers are in need of some work.... (99,550 miles).. thnx for readin
