Tuning Stock radio for even stations?

Tuning Stock radio for even stations?
I have discovered why my stock radio seems like crap here in Germany. It only finds odd channels XX.1,3,5,7,9However here they use the even channels too XX.0,2,4,6,8Is it possible to adjust this? Or do I need to buy a German radio?Thanks in Advance

You will probably have to buy an aftermarket one that is designed like that in Germany.
