Ok, I thought for sure I would find this in the archives of Genvibe, but I must not be searching on the right phrase. There are 2 rubber gasket-like strips on the vibe roof in front of the roof rails, one on each side naturally, and well mine are loose, I found this after running through the car wash (yes, yes, I know I'm a bad vibe mom, I use a car wash instead of doing it by hand)They just don't seem to press in that tightly into the channel on the roof, am I missing something?Diane

Did you get any leaks? I think mine were...meh loose too....Do you park outside? I see you have a 06 so if there is a issue it should be under warranty, id wait to see some other members responses though...
One of those came loose on our daughter's Vibe as well - also from a carwash. Since we were leaving on a 2400 mile trip the next day I didn't want to wait for a dealer fix and just pushed it back in place along with some glue to secure it. It's been staying put ok.AFAIK, the strips are just cosmetic (probably hide a weld seam) and aren't needed to avoid leaks.

So the only other dealers are folks I don't really trust, or are way out of the way.Diane
