04 bumper replacement?

I bought my 04 Vibe GT two weeks ago to the day, and guess what happens at work today? Some turd scrapes my bumper and drives off. No note. Nothing. Needless to say, I'm steaming. I got the Vibe because a kid pulled in front of me and totaled my previous car. I've been advised against filing an insurance claim because the two are so close together so I'm thinking I'll scour junkyards for a bumper instead. I have two questions. A.) I see a few 03-04 Vibes that look like my color called "Shadow", and lots of 05s that look similar called Moonstone. Are they the same color, just different names? B.) Will an 05 or newer bumper fit an 04? Thanks!
