Lund bug guard - pic for K-9!

Post by moongdss »

Here's a picture with the spots where I had to place the vinyl bumpers. The top four circles are the positions I placed the original bumbers. The blue squares are where the guard started to rub, and the bottom two circles are where I added two smallers bumpers from home despot. I believe they were in the Door Parts section (I asked for the rubber bumbers you put in door frames.)The clamps DO scrape up the paint where they rest under the hood, but I'm not too terribly concerned with it right now. I've been known to have my cars get caught in freak hail storms and end up looking like a golf ball landing them in the body shop for several weeks. So I figure the paint will get redone someday This is the Lund X-Terminator model.Have fun!Diana
