Out of curiosity, anyone here own/drive one of these? Your thoughts? How do you like it?

Actually 9C1 a GM RPO code for heavy duty police vehicles produced from the 50's thru the current 2007 Impala/Tahoe models.My county is having their monthly fleet auction in which there are two '95 LT1 Caprices up for auction. Basically, the 9C1 is a stouter built Impala SS.
