Replaced Audio, alarm light is out. -Never mind...

I replaced the factory radio/cd player yesterday (Delco) in my '03 Vibe. I got a wire-harness to avoid having to cut the wires in the car, and the new radio/cd player works just fine. But, there was two plugs on the back of the Delco, one which is narrower than the other. This had only one wire in it (white), and I had nowhere to plug that in. Now the wife mentioned that the red light that indicates that the alarm is armed is not working. Any chance that these two are related, and if so, how can I get this working again?I did disconnect the battery while working on the radio to prevent any shorts to shocks...Edit: Never mind... I checked it out, and the light is flashing like it should.
