In the 2005 report, NUMMI needed 19.83 hours a vehicle, the so-called HPV rating Harbour uses, said spokesman Greg Gardner.The 23-year-old assembly plant had a record year in 2006, as workers made more than 428,000 cars and trucks.Link to full article -->
