yeah, I saw that last year sometime.I think the project has been canned, though. Hartley has a recurring role on Smallville as Oliver Queen (aka Green Arrow).Alan Ritchson played the part a season or two ago on Smallville. He reprised the role a month or two back, but I don't think there are any plans to do the series unless it's next year.I think it got scrapped when WB and UPN merged.

There has been talk of a spin off series for Green Arrow as well
