Viper 310v Alarm --good or Bad

Hello everybody,I have been looking around to getting an alarm installed in the vibe , in Futureshop they have Viper 310V model alarm for Cad$ 199 installed and an extra of $ 50 if i need keyless entry on the remote . Is this a good price? Is this a good alarm system ? Has any genvibe members have this intsalled in their vibe and if so could you all give some inputs . I tried to google it but no reviews .
