Tire Sizes by Wheel Size

Post by zionzr2 »

I thought it was time for a list of tires sizes that should work for the Vibe. Since the question gets asked often. Here are the Theoretical Tire sizes for the Vibe that fall + or - 3% of Stock.14" Wheels195/70/R14205/65/R14215/65/R1415" Wheels195/65/R15205/60/R15215/60/R15225/55/R1516" Wheels 185/65/R16195/50/R16205/55/R16 - STOCK215/55/R16225/50/R16235/45/R1617" Wheels195/50/R17205/50/R17205/55/R17 - GT215/45/R17 215/50/R17 - STOCK GT225/45/R17 - GT18" Wheels195/45/R18205/40/R18215/40/R18215/45/R18 - GT225/40/R18I hope this list is accurate and helpful. Maybe the mods could make this a Sticky. If there is a size I am missing please IM me and I'll add it, or if there is a size I have that will not work or isn't made let me know and I'll correct it.Even though there is already a link to the tire size calculator I'll add it here as well.Tire Size Calculator

I just use the tire calculator sticky.now its recommended to keep as close to stock as possible and never exceed 1.0% tire difference. Your showing up to 3.0% difference which will greatly effect odo reading, speedo reading, abs, fuel economy just to name a few.

actually the numbers i used were better than 3% diff. but i do see your point.and at 60mph we are less the 2 mph difference at 3%. Which is already within the margin of error that the speedo has anyway.
