2006 Vibe has about 2500 miles on it and it recently snowed in my area and the road salt on that beautiful black paint was making me sick and it is way to cold to wash at home, which is what would normally happen, so I took it to our local touchless car wash. we leave the roof cover open for the extra light and it is the first car we have owned with a sunroof and we think it is kinda cool. During the wash I noticed a few drops of water that were dripping in from the passenger side read corner of the roof. Is this a problem that can be fixed properly or is this something I am going to deal with for the life of the vibe? Anyone else have this problem. HELP PLEASE
I noticed the same thing too with the Vibe I had. It was my first with a sun/moonroof, so I paid attention to what was going on up there when I ran it through the automatic. It did have a stream of water coming in from the back corners of the roof. Brought it in at 3K for that and a leak around the back window. They adjusted the glass on the roof and it helped but didn't completely eliminate the problem. Sometimes water would hit me in the head when going through the car wash... While I didn't like seeing any water coming through, I guess there isn't a lot that can be done about it. They won't be 100% water tight, so that's why they have drains in the assembly. As long as it is draining ok, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.Talk to the dealer, see if they can adjust the glass a bit. But like I said, it won't be a sure fix. Good luck!

i noticed mine leaking before also when it was raining really hard, and someone told me that it is designed to deal with some leaking. there is a drain tube that runs from your sunroof to the rear of the car and drain out there.the only reason i noticed mine was leaking was because i cornered hard and one of the drops leaked onto my passenger. otherwise, all of the drops were landing inside the sunroof opening and funelling out the drain tube.that tube could get clogged or frozen and the leakage could build up to the point that it spills out onto your head also.if you take the panel off the rear passenger storage compartment (by the hatch), i think you can see the drain tube.
