Hi guys i just wanted to share with you all a list of things i have had serviced to my 2003 Frosty Vibe..1.2,982 Miles Radio Replaced *stuck cd*(warr)2.7,992 Miles Alternator Didnt Charge (warr)3.8,521 Radio Replaced (warr)4.13,839 Front Brake s5.17,836 Radio Replaced (warr) 6.19,273 Odometer Stuck (warr)7.21,373 Rear Brakes 8.23,495 Pass Seat Belt Light Sensor (warr)9.27,817 Spark Plugs 10.39,883 New Tired (Continental) EWW11.38,943 Battery Replaced12.41,734 Rear Window Off Track (Pontiac Replaced $$)13.49,102 Rad. Hose (Pontiac Replaced)14.54,770 A/c Charge (Pontiac Says No Leak Detected $$)15. 57,572 Spark Plug (Badly Arched) 16. 63,457 Valve Adjustment (Pontac Did $$$$)17.64,812 Trans Flush An Fill (Goodyear $)18.68,399 Engine Flush (Jiffy Lube $$)19.69,738 CAR ACCIDENT KNOCKED WHOLE FRONT OFF ($ 8,000 DAMAGE)..but i dint want it to total so $6,000 ...20. 69,738 Had Whole Car Repainted While It Was In Shop 21. 73 ,087 Front Brakes Replaced (I DID )22.80,000 Miles Trans Flush/Engine Cleaner....21.82,100 Driving...In The NExt Month Or So I Want A Spark Plug Replacement..An A NEw Belt It HAsnt BEen Changed Yet...with 82,100 An I MAy BE Asking For Trouble If I Dont Get This Done SOOn.....THNX EVERYONE AN I HOPE Learned SumthiN From This Vibes are pretty reliable........

So this is 100% city driving?Have you had your Cat converter replaced? That was a common issue on the 2003's. Could be why you are having such an issue with your plugs?

#16 you say you had the Valves Adjusted. How much did that cost? There was a thread active a year or so ago asking about the cost of that. Toyota did a stethescope check on mine around 60,000 and said there wasn't a problem but wouldn't give me an estimate until the work was needed.Dave

yes this is about 95 % city driving i have driven to georgia a time or two...

Dang,they wanted ~$400 for the same thing at a Toyota dealer I asked. Of course that was probably bumped up a bit due to the "experimental" nature as apparently this particular dealer has NEVER done a valve clearance inspection/adjustment on those engines.
