might be old news, but stumbled across this today. not that playboy knows car all that well, but still cool i guess.http://www.playboy.com/style/f...eals/
Woah, you mean Playboy has articles? I didn't know that! I guess somebody was looking at nekkid pictures when they were doing the article on the Matrix, no time for proofreading, gotta go get the job done if you know what I'm sayin'. lmfaoQuote »Based on the solid but boring Corolla (and mechanical cousin to Pontiac's Vibe), Toyota's aggressively styled Matrix offers a lively 126 horses in its $15K base form and 164 spirited stallions in the $19K SRX. Like some high-strung thoroughbreds, both engines are somewhat sluggish out of the gates but come on strong at high speeds. AWD is available with automatic transmission, making the Matrix sort of a mini-SUV, but engine power drops to 118 horses. The interior is well executed for the price, and the rear seats fold flat to provide 53 cu ft of cargo space.Matrix SRX's rule. Anywho, good find, cybermob... They picked some good cars there. They're just about the only ones I would have picked that were remotely interesting for <$20K.

How old is this article? The XRS has been discontinued for 2007, right?Odd list. Hot cars under 20 with not a Mazda or VW in sight. But the Vibe and Matrix did grab two of the ten slots. Along with the Hyundai Tiburon.
