Hey!Have had my Vibe for 5000 miles and impressed with the MPG and room. I'm 6' 9" and can get in and out without a problem. Traded in a Mazda 3 which was nice, but getting out of it after a couple of hours on the road was a challenge. My wife and I are enjoying the ride. Now the mystery...My only complaint was the DRL feature. I didn't know why the "head light on" indicator would light up during the day? It was confusing and I would often forget to turn on the head lights after dark because the DRL system was on and the head light indicator was lit. I realized that when I didn't remember to actually turn on the lights, I had no tail lights on and that was scary! Now for some unknown reason the dash head light indicator does not light up until I turn on the head lights for night time driving? Maybe the fooling around with the fuses trying to disable the DRL system (because of the safety involved by not remembering to turn on the tail lights) I accidently correctd the problem. Bottom line...now I'm happy and safe at night!

That is, it performs like that if the car is acting normally. If the indicator comes on for any other reason, that's just screwy.I know when I first got the Vibe I was confused, because the headlight on indicator in the Vibe was the equivalent of a gauge light in my Sunfire that indicated DRL's. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't turn on the headlights, but I eventually discovered I WAS turning them on, I just wasn't used to that freaky Toyota symbol.
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
