i finally took a pic of my painted guage rings, there really was no glare because it wasnt sunny out so i'm not sure why it appears so (looks better in person), it looks sooo much better without the "chrome" rings and i no longer get glare from the sun off them, same with the 2 chrome pieces by the radio and controls

I was thinking about titnting the chrome. did you do them both in black? they look good!

yea i did both with the krylon fusion that i did my grill with, its a gloss black
