"mark as read" link

just curious if theirs a "mark as read" button that I can say that I've read all the new posts..since most of them dont apply to me just yet

Our board system doesn't require them to be marked; it will automatically mark them when you have been gone for a while and then come back to the board, it will highlight the threads that have been posted in since your last visit by coloring the arrow yellow to the left of the thread. This is for the regular forum view. If you are using the "Active Topics" function, there isn't much you can do since the arrow doesn't show in that view.
