Hi all. I just bought a 2005 base vibe. Its silver with the monotone package, sunroof and subwoofer. Had about 39500 miles on it. It is the 1st car that i have bought all by myself so im stoked.... (ok aside for a little incident with a mazda 3 which i had for a week then the dealer said i needed 3 grand more for the loan the quoted me. ) I had a 1996 camaro rs before the vibe. However its plastic peices inside are falling off and the rear end is making not so nice sounds... radiator has a mysterious loss of fluid.... radio is possesed... but a good car that has lasted 127900 miles.So again Hi and pictures as soon as school is not crushing me down lol

hmm I dont know. It is kinda like looking at a blank canvas. though since I am a student money is a limiting factor but that aside. Maybe deleting the roof rails and putting on a lip spoiler. I dont know if any performance upgrades can be done to a base automatic.. but maybe when I can afford any loss to mpg.

welcome to the site, and yeah you can get some good upgrades for the base, like a.....supercharger you can get pretty good deals on em tooi'm plannin on gettin a turbo for my GT sometime in the next 38 years

oh Im enjoying it lol. Drove 100 miles today mostly for the heck of it. Building a list of things i like about it over my camaro lol... so far OMFG I can see my blindspot... and where the nose is.... out the back when backing up.... ok so I can just see LOL.. though I wish I could snag the leather seats out of my camaro... those where comfy.

don't get me wrong i love it... if i had the time and money to fix it i would. The thing is sexy especially with the RS skirt. LoL i just can amaze my friends and having them sit in the drivers seat or drive it abit. all usually ask me how in the hell do a park the thing. Carefully is the answer especially with the skirt it hits everything.

ya true..this one i dont think has the skirt package tho..but it is black on black leather with a soft top..it's auto tho which kinda sucks but it's still nice..you can feel the power in the beast
