GT Gone in 07

Not sure if anyone posted this, if ya did, sorry for the repost. I couldnt find it with search. Pontiac dropped the GT and the higher HP engine. I'm glad they decided to do this 4 years after I bought mine, because the GT and it's 180HP, along with the interior and looks of the Vibe, is what made me choose the Vibe. If all they had was the 130HP base Vibe, I would be driving something else, probably with a Chevy emblem on it. They also dropped the AWD. Guess this means the Vibe is done for, like someone else mentioned in another post. Sad to say, but I think Pontiac is the next division to get axed.

well you're right about this being a repost...nontheless I think the consensus around here is they dropped the GT & AWD due to poor sales (GT mainly) and the vibe is being completely (kinda) redesigned for 2008.

(Since real redesign is coming in 2008)Toyota dropped the Matrix AWD and XRS for 2007 for the same reason.
