I have a 2006 base. I ordered GM/Pontiac mud flaps and I do believe the dealer ordered the right part number (there were two different part numbers for the fronts). They were supposed to install them today but they said they couldn't install the front ones because the bottom rocker panel, which flares out, would result in a gap. One guy in the parts department said he has seen this before and knows that GM/Pontiac doesn't make a mud guard that fits the front of a 2006 Vibe. Can anyone confirm or refute this?I had them install the rears only since I seem to get more road crud kicking up on the underside of the rear bumper than crud kicking up in front.
Thanks, I'll go back to the dealer and give them the part number cited in the link you provided. When the dealer originally looked up the part number, there were two for the front. One was for "SL" models and the other for "SN" models (I've never heard of this SL/SN terminology). Based on my VIN, they said I have an "SL" so they ordered the mud guards for the "SL". That is why I thought they ordered the right part, but obviously not.
