Brake squeeeeel

Alright so as posted before i accidentaly damaged my old rotor so i had to replace it which i did on wednesday afternoon... and now i have a major squeal...but the difference between this one and most others is that it squeals while i'm driving and goes away when i'm braking anyone have any ideas as to why this is?

well...i took my car to the automotive skills center on base and i took off the brake pads sprayed a "desqueaker" on the back side of them and put them back on and that fixed it...so i don't know exactly what was wrong
