I used to work in that type of business.When you have tons of vegetables running through automated cutting, washing, and packing equipment there are the odd thing gets by.There's no real way to check every leaf etc. The primary concern usually is metal and there are metal detectors for that.No way to detect frogs, though I wonder how it got through a translicer.This is a diagram of how an Urschel TranSlicer 2500 cuts. I can't imagine a frog getting through intact.
