Tein-S Techs

Post by kazo123 »

I have a brand new Vibe 06 and wanted to put the aftermarket lowering springs on the car to make it look better. I see that many of the members at this site have put the Tein S Techs on their Vibes. I believe that they lower the car more than the Eibachs. Do they make the car ride rough? If so, how much do they affect the ride? Did you need to get a front end allignment after installing them? Can't speak for the S-Techs; I have H-Techs on mine and they don't drop as much and have a softer ride. However, you definitely should get an alignment after doing installing new springs.

Tein S type which will lower it 2.25" to 2.50" (Which I have) or the H type which will go less than 2"ride is O.K. kinda rough for a 2.5" drop. always have the front end aligned around 2 weeks after the install.

My ride seems fine with them on there but I'm also running 17" wheels as well. And agreed. Definatly get the alignment done afterwards.
