They will look great for about 1 month, then start to fade. The problem is that anodizing is not made to stand up to the UV rays of the sun. If you park in a garage at home and at work then you might prolong the life, but it will still happen. After about 1 month the anodizing will start to turn dark purple and then start lightening up from there. The one thing that you can do is plate them and then get them clearcoated with a UV protectant clear coat. Then it could last at least the life of the car I would guess.
