GenVibe Contest - When will trdvibe reach 100,000 posts?

Hope's on a post-(removed) tear and is soon to reach 10,000 posts here at GenVibe (joining silverawd26 and ragingfish in that elite group).To celebrate, I'm conducting a contest to see who can guess -- to the nearest minute -- when Hope makes that ten-thousandth post. The winner gets a pair of grafxworks "genvibe.com" decals.Here are the rules (edited 10:11AM CDT 8/7):Send me (ZubenElGenubi) an IM no later than Monday, August 7, 2006, 4:00PM CST.State in the IM the date and time you think trdvibe's 10,000th post will be recorded here at genvibe. Specify the timezone as well (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific or Universal) so I can record it properly.Only one entry/guess per member.The winner will be the person whose guess is closest to trdvibe's 10,000th posts (before or after).In case of a tie, the winner will be the person who submitted their guess earliest to me.trdvibe, Mavrik, and ZubenElGenubi are excluded from the contest.Note that all times shown are currently in daylight savings time.GOOD LUCK!

No offense to anyone, but... Why give even more of an incentive to needlessly increment a number that doesn't mean jack anyway? 10,000 posts: who cares! 5,000 posts: who cares! 1,000 posts: who cares! 1 post: welcome to the site! Tis just a number, this whole post count thing! I just don't understand the need to obsess over it, I've seen good contributions brought forth by people with only a few posts, and I've seen good by people in the thousands - post count doesn't make the member.

1000 post gets you genvibe god... after that i guess its a MOD but you have to take that up... well with the MODS haha!

Thanks, I wasn't sure, cause I thought I saw some people that had less than 1000, and were Gods, and a few that had over 1000 that were Members..... but I could be wrong (I usually am, lol)

after my 1000 my title automatically changed.. and i think you can change it in your settings, not sure though

nope you cant change it in you settings. and it should automatcily change after you post your 1000th post.
