SLP Hood Gap

Ok so i have a gap on my hood where the hood doesn't latch in fully. i have figured out that the problem with my car is that i need to raise the hood latch on the bumper about 1/4 to 1/2 inch so that it will latch in when fully flat down with the rest of the front end...anyone have any ideas as to how i can go about doing this?

I had that crazy gap too.. a guy at a body shop ended up loosening the fender and the part where it latches and did some adjusting but took him forevvvvver
