Bottom Grille

Post by VforVIBE »

How do you remove the bottom grille, the ones next to the head light, I got the to clips undone but could get the top part off. I'm going to paint my grille black, and spray the chrome with red paint meant for chrome. And I have an overlay in the mail for the Pontiac symbol(reflective black & red).

I think they are those pins at the top and tabs on the bottom. could be wrong though. I've only had my grill pieces off at the bottom by the fog lamp. Those are just clips... I found that out when I hit a rabbit and only one clip was holding it on lol.

Most def, I hope I don't hit any love bugs alone the way, I won't have a week for the paint to become fully chip resident. But I think it will be fine.

The two top grills next to the headlights come off by unscrewing the 2 top screws for each and by pressing on the 3 bottom tabs.

that side view looks bad a$$... you should just buy some 03-04 lights form a junk yard and youll have the black headlights... well sort of.
