part number for center console (dash) AC button?

On the center console plate to the left of the radio I have a button for AC and another for recirculate. There's a third "fake" button below that. People keep asking me what the button does. I figure I should make it do something. Anybody have a partnumber for those oval buttons? Thanks.

The third "button" does nothing but there is no way to make it do anything since immediately behind it is cabling and various other mechanisms used to disable the recirculate function when you move the vent selector to the heat/defrost or defrost setting. This comes up a lot, but unfortunately, there really isn't anything you can do with it. They just put it there because they like to tease people, apparently. The A/C, recirculate switch, and the dummy "button" are all on one piece which is 88970583 I belive. I had that part replaced when I had the Vibe, I think that was it....
