what is good but not too expensive brand to get for headlight replacements

I use GE NightHawk bulbsuse the SERACH feature on "headlight" and you will find a wealth of info on headlights.

I Have some APC ultra white pasma ( i think thats the name)... I got them at WalMart for $15... they are brighter, and whiter, but not an HID look.. theyre really nice for $15

the GE nighthawks are good (i had them in my LGT) and i also used some cheap xenon lights from walmart that were about $20 for the pair. lol. much cheaper, not quite as good as the silverstars, but also lasted twice as long, without paying $$$$

I used Ractive's Purple Halogens. Worked great and lasted 3 weeks and even survived a headon collision..lol i laughed seeing the bulb hanging there out of the car. They were great lights though, alot brighter, nice color, and like $15 at the audio store where i got my parts ordered.
04 Fusion Orange Base Vibe auto Now no longer with us thanks to ignorant drivers...
