TSB to correct damper setting on A/C vent

Does anyone know the TSB number to adjust the damper on the A/C to make it cooler? I mentioned A/C problem and fix to the Maintenace manager at the dealer and he didn't know what I was talking about. I know someone had posted some pics on how to do it yourself. I did a search but can't seem to locate it. Can anyone please help?Thanks.
