Dropping my Vibe and leaving the 16's

Post by 06salsa »

Hi,the day after buying my Vibe I had the Factory rims and hub caps replaced with some aftermarket Konig rims. Looks good but I would like to get rid of some of the space above the tires. Has anyone dropped their Vibe and left the 16's on? How does it look? Thanks

Mine is dropped on stock 16" rims which I run in the winter with 17" rims for summer. My car actually sits lower it seems with the 16" on there.

P205/55R16 = P215/45R17 However the perfect match would have been P225/45R17 but that would have cost more $$$

OKay.... so i have the hotchkis springs... wondering how all the posted ones have an even drop or close to. mine the rear fender is just above the tire. and the front fender is about an 1" or 3/4" above the tire?Is it the springs or did i do something wrong?
