Are the vibe and matrix the same measurements inside and out.Can you buy accessories from toyota and have them fit with the vibeWhat about tail lights and things like that

Anything exterior, NO. AS FAR AS I KNOW, anything on the interior yes, but check what it is for sure before buying anything. Anything under the hood or to do with the performance, suspension etc..., YES.

only the engine parts match up with years and models. some interior parts will also work but as for any exterior parts, with the exception of rims/tires themselves, NO.
