Just curious if anyone here has their PMP credential? I am studying for mine now and hope to write the exam in June.

on the weekends, i do some part time PMPing. the hours are just soo.. nocturnal though.

I'm a project engineer and have takena few courses at WPI but don't know if I want to become a PMP. I'd rather focus on getting my PE.

So after being audited by PMI to see if I even qualify to take the exam, they have given me the green light to go ahead. I'm now scheduled to take the exam Friday July 7th at 8am. Work is paying for a day of study for me on the 6th, and the time to write the exam. I really really hope I pass, as my 30th birthday is Monday, 10th of July so that was going to be my "party weekend" for my birthday and that will be extra reason to celebrate. Anyway my hubby being in England this past week has given me lots of time to study as I'm not having to clean up after him all week!

Tomorrow is my PMP exam! I've been studying all day. I need a break. The exam is 4 hours long tomorrow and I need 61% to pass.

Congratulations! I may take it next year. This year I finish the MBA (September), and see what I am doing next year. Many of the GM IT jobs require the PMP. So, if I stay, I may take the exam.
