Why 06 has lower hp?

Hi,I am wondering why 04 vibes are rated at 130hp and 06 is at 126hp?I think it is because of the new sae rules on engine hp measurement.Is this true?Thanks.

That's what I read a while ago. Sounds true to me I think it's the same old Corolla engine.

theres no actual loss in hp, at that time they just changed the way they measure the hp.
