How hard is it to install LED underbody kit? Can it be removed for winter?

How long does it take to install an underbody LED/Neon kit? Does it come with a bracket that i can easly remove it for the winter? How much do they run? 200 max is what im looking at spending.

Just don't pull a Merzbow, be sure to only turn them on when allowed by law. Apparently those Michigan cops have that on their list of things to justify pulling over Vibers.
