just wandered. i'm always torn as to where to spend my extra cash. my rc10gt stadium truck or the vibe, oh the trials of life! that damn little truck is too much fun!
Funny you should post that... I'm getting real close to ordering either an RC10GT+, or a Traxxas Nitro Rustler 2.5. You have any concerns about your RC10? A guy I work with has a T-Maxx, but I think I'd rather have a 2wd. The T-Maxx is cool with it's 2 speed and reverse tranny though.I used to fly R/C Airplanes, but haven't been flying in about 7 years now. I still have all my planes & radios and was thinking about getting back up in the air this spring. I ordered a tiny wireless video camera a couple months ago, so I have to get it up in a plane.I'm waiting to see if Delphi decides to share any of their profits this year with their devoted, hard working employees before I order a new R/C truck though. Later,Carl
I have the rc10gt never had a single problem from it whats so ever. Man does that thing scream too. Hard to believe those little motors turn 22,000 rpm without anyproblems.
I have a Nitro RS4 Racer 2 with a modded motor (can't recall the name) that supposedly spins out to 44,000rpm. Need to get it tuned though as it's running pretty rich...

The last one I had was an Astute AWD back in 1991. I haven't had one since then but I was considering buying another one soon. At the time I had the Reedy comp motor in it and even back then it would do about 40-45MPH
Abyss Monotone GT, 6 speed, Moon & Tunes, Power Group, and 16" Alloys. Soon you can see my Vibe GT at Shadowrealm's car pics but for now it is under construction!
I've had my RC10gt truck with a .12 OZ motor clocked at 56 mph. Now that is actual speed not scale. The thing literally flies on 30%nitro fuel it screams. Tough to keep control at that speed though
i had my out last fall and was doing some amazing stuff with it! there was a construction site that had 7 foot banks that had the same curve as a halfpipe. i had my truck fly about 6-7 foot over the lip of the jump and coming back done the face. just like it was a pro skater! that was freakin' fun! i also had it doing straight airs over at full throttle! it would shoot straigh up in the air, i'd nudge the break to level it out and it would land on the other side of the construction fence! it was launching about 9 foot off the face the jump! please warm up soon! you guys should check out this site: http://www.nitrorc.comthe forums are quite helpful!
