All I ever see/hear are bad Pontiac/GM dealer experiences never any good ones.My dealership: Brookdale Pontiac Buick GMC in Brooklyn Park, MN.They have been a great dealer with every aspect of my Vibe experience from the test drive to maintenance to warranty issues to loaner cars to courtesy shuttles to donuts in the lounge (yummy). They worked with me to get the best possible deal for me (not them). They are very attentive and have always fixed any issues I have had without question. They are awesome and I recommend them to everyone that asks.Has anyone else had a good dealer experience?

Nope.. I had my GM Dealer lose my wheel lock key TWICE.. Thats right 2X. I had to get me wheel locks drilled off.. luckelly the second time the mechanic left it on the floor and I got it back..nope terrible service.. they are either ripping ppl off or just plain BAD POOR service.. but hey thats just my experience..
I have had nothing but good experiences with my dealer. So much so that I've bought 3 cars now from them, and probably will continue buying from them as long as I can. They really took care of me when I had my problems with the Vibe and those god forsaken underdrive pulleys.
so far the only real issue that i've had was when i needed my cat replaced, they ordered one so i took my vibe in, dropped it off the night before and they started on it early the next day but found out that they ordered the wrong one and had to put my old one back together. once they got the other one in though i had no prob
I've bought four new Chevy trucks and Pontiacs from my Chevy-Pontiac dealer in Durand, MI and have always had great buying experiences and service from them.
I don't see where all you guys live, but I work at Auburn Pontiac GMC. I have to say - and not trying to boast - I work at an awesome dealership. Our service department more times than not, gets excellent remarks from customers, and top notch CSI scores from GM. Even before I worked there, the parts manager gave me coolant dye and a free inspection of a leak on my old 99 Grand Prix GTX. Not to shabby for only going there once before!
From the two times my car went to a GM dealership, both times were awsome. First time... man that service advisor set me up with a new MAF to get me on the road even though they had no stock on them. He got one from one of the new Vibes on the lot and ordered one for it instead.Next time, same weekend, got my battery replaced because it was leaking. They upgraded me to the big battery on the Vibe.Other then that I've done everything myself to the car including its maintanence work. Some of which I did at the GM shop when I worked there and the rest here at Subaru were I work now.Great service experience. And the only reason you hear all the bad things is that the countless happy people are just not saying anything.

I actually bought mine at Hertz rental sales, by the Airport in the cities (MN) and I have to say it was GREAT experience. The prices were non-negotiable but they were cheaper than ANY where else in the 5 state area I looked. The sales man told me to get a vibe over a matrix because of more features for less money. If he didnt know something he said he didnt know and found out what it was. He was super nice, I even have a pic of me and him standing next to the car the day I picked it up
I wouldn't trade my dealer for anything.Rassas Pontiac Buick in Red Bank, NJ.They've NEVER let me down...I won't swear to it, but also I think they have one of, if not THE, highest CSI scores in the Northeast too.
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
I'm on my second Vibe. I had a perfect buying experience in Dec 2002 at Joseph Pontiac in Cincinnati, OH. I have had 90% of my service done there and most of it has been great. I did have one problem that took 3-4 months to resolve and had to go to the General Manager to resolve and he took care of it. I'm glad I have a great car and don't have many warranty issues.
First one was good and second one was good.... for me its just after, its like they are nice till then get the sale then its like well i have more people to try and buy... so since your only hear cuz your brand new car is out of alignment... you gotta wait.My buddy works there now so im happy... discount parts!!!

Buying: Was Horrible when I first went. A stereotypical bait-and-switch with disreputable salesmen. BUT, when I tried again with their Internet sales rep, the experience was amazing. The best part was seeing the first two sales reps when I went to pick up my car and telling them I'd gotten the deal they said was impossible.Service: I do my own scheduled maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation). My first dealership experience was actually with a body shop and it was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I've ever been through. BUT, when I recently went back to have my A/C repaired (under warranty, no less) and have my alignment done, they were professional and courteous. Got me an overnight rental and did the job right. So, I'm right in the middle. My original sales rep has left, so I doubt I'll ever go back to that dealer to buy. However, I will definitely take the Vibe back for future service. If it doesn't work out, we've got a nice Toyota dealership I trust.
