it's hillarious...we all know how so many mpg ratings on vehicles (including our vibes) are off by a certain amount anyways. they are based on such ideal circumstances, it's almot not even worth printing the mpg on the info sheet.coupled with our moderate the change is...a couple of mpg by 2011?!?!all this will do is have the manufacturers add a 200 dollar part...say that the fuel economy is up to par and then charge more. and anytime somebody says 'why am i not getting that milage' then it'll come down to "your tires/wind/oil used/driving style/etc/etc/etc."what a waste of time....
