Your first link just brings you to the Canadian Tire website, no horns.OK, I saw your updated post. Those red horns are excellent. I had them on my '04 and I put them on my '06. They are usually about $50.00. I got them for $18.00 US plus shipping on Ebay so your price is excellent and you get them right now instead of waiting for shipping. They are a simple 20 minute installation too.

They are REALLY loud. Much louder than the dual horns on my GMC Sierra.

I have 2 of those horns installed. One of the best additions to date. Theyve actually saved a couple people from merging into me too. You have to use a relay and you're own wiring too. Hooking it up to the stock circuit wont give it enough power. It'll dim your lights when you honk it.

I have the Hella Dual Horns (85115). These horns do get you noticed. There are instructions on here as well on installing them too.I purchased mine from Summit Racing. The installation is really easy as well.http://store.summitracing.com/...w=sku

I attached the installation procedure for these just to help you make up your mind before making a purchase to see what is involved with the installation. Thanks to Ragingfish for the instructions.

You can install those red horns with no drilling involved and no cutting of wires. I posted pictures somewhere but I can't find them. Let me know if you need some pics for your install POLO.
