hiding windshield wipers

Post by jeffbacon »

I bought a pair of reflex blades today from Cdn Tire and after 10mins fighting the driver's wiper to get it on I was quite happy that the drivers wiper now is so low profile that you almost don't see it when it's off. That's grrat but now the passenger-side wiper really sticks out as it's still pretty visible along the bottom of the window. So, is there a way to make the passenger-wiper blade sit lower down the windshield at rest so it's less visible?

just loosen the nut and lower it a little. might not wipe as much towards the drivers side but it wont be as visible. looks to me like you should have plenty room to play with since it wipes a ways within the drivers side path as well.

For what it's worth, NovaResource appears to have been the first to do this, http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=556
