my dream. I wish I could, but with the wedding coming, I can't affort it... well that's lying to myself. I would never be able to affort it

You'll be able to do it someday. Actually, the Canadian dollar is increasing versus US dollar. So 8200$US at 1,13$ Canadian equal 9266$ Canadian.
