Cincy Mini Meet: EDIT "APRIL 8th/9th Weekend?"

Trying to find out if there is any interest in an Ohio Mini Meet Down here in Cincinnati. Let me know what you all think.

If it weren't for the lack of place (that I know of right now anyway only having been there once and that was yesterday LOL) to have an actual meet, I would suggest Newport on the Levee...lots of things to do and places to eat.

Depending on the number of people would depend on the location. If there are only a Few - I may have it at my house, or was thinking the grocerie store close to my place then BBQ-at my place later. If there is a number of people interested, I would see what we could work out elsewhere. Newport on the Levee, Kings Island, something like that.If anyone is interested in coming please post to this thread and let me know. Thanks,Rob

Cinti OH is much closer to central Indiana than Fenton MI! Depends a lot on the timing though. We'd probably be up for a early to mid summertime cruise-in!

Well, I can't say I'm too hot on going to a meet at a grocery store... A small meet with grilling out might be best held at a park or something where we can all spread out more, too. Just a thought.Or Newport and KI are just as fun with a few people as they would be with a lot!

Which is fine and I agree - There are MANY places we could use for a SITE - I want to find out how much of an interest there is before getting to that. I even Have Access to a Private Gun Range and private Camp ground if people are interested in that as well. Just need more people to Reply to even see if it is worth putting together.

I'd try to come. Newport on the Levee would be a nice neutral place to meet; it's not really close to anybody, but there are a lot of things to do there.

There seems to be enough interest - How does weekend of APRIL 8th and 9th sound? - There also seems to be enough interest in NewPort - I'll see what is involved in setting something up there as well.
