my cabin filter door has no seal on it so the air leaks real bad into the psgr side of my car makes my wife real mad!!!! anyone else with this problem?

most of my miles are in the car by myself, haven't noticed it being a problem, and don't remember anyone bringing it up here before.Welcome to genvibe!

If I remember correctly there was a bit of foam around the door. That stuff is dirt cheap, cut to fit along with a bit of doublesided tape or spray adhesive to stick it ... you'd have a tight fit (and a quiet wife). :DThen again, you could bust the tabs off, and take it to your dealer complaining that the manual is messed up and caused the problem - maybe they'll hook you up with a new one.
