long brake pedal travel...

my vide acts odd. i had my original brakes replaced wtih brembo rotor and some wagner ceramic pads. after this i have long brake travel... and also can hit the floor while under hard braking. i did adjust the backs but did not cause much difference... what could it be...

Maybe you got an air bubble in the line somewhere, and need to bleed the brakes. Just replacing pads/rotor shouldn't nomally cause this though.Does the parking brake still grab well?
